MPC’s Polyester Overlays are an ideal choice in applications requiring high tensile strength, dimensional stability and versatility. Easily printed and die-cut, these plastic panel overlays also offer resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and tears, with performance that withstands a wide range of temperatures and humidity levels. Optional finishes can be added for increased durability.
Polyester overlays can be used as the front panel of a one-part panel overlay or two-part panel construction, and are frequently used to protect and graphically enhance membrane switch assemblies. Our polyester overlays consist of a polyester face stock up to .010″ thickness with graphic elements, fabricated to your panel design. For a two-part panel construction, the polyester graphic overlay is assembled to an identically fabricated thicker supporting aluminum or stainless steel back panel.
